Mafube Local Municipality invites all prospective service providers to register on the Central Supplier
Database (CSD). All service providers are requested to visit the Supply Chain Management Office,
Office No. 4, 64 JJ Hadebe Street, Frankfort, for assistance with registration. Upon registration on
the CSD, your company will be issued with a unique CSD number, which must be used as a
reference and stated on all quotations and tenders going forward.
