Kindly assist by re-scanning and re-posting the 2025/2026 REVIEWED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP). I have sent an e-mail to the MM and other officials at the municipality, on 10/04 requesting this, as the document on the website is not legible. My humble request remain unanswered.
