Mafube Local Municipality as a licensed electricity distributor, hereby confirms that Rural Free
State (RFS) is an entity in contract with the Municipality to provide assistance with electricity
distribution, supply, maintenance, and market operations within a significant part of Mafube. In
support of the Municipality’s financial recovery and service delivery improvement plan, RFS has
been mandated to assist with the revenue collection programme. This includes the issuing of
