This Erratum is issued in respect of the Notice of Intention to Dispose of Municipal Property published by Mafube Local Municipality.
Mafube Local Municipality wishes to correct the email address contained in the original notice and to extend the period for members of the public to submit written representations.
PROPERTY: Portion 77 of Farm Dorp 74 (Wilge Estate), Frankfort. Mafube Local Municipality also intends to dispose of a portion of municipal property known as Portion 77 of Farm Dorp 74 (Wilge Estate), Frankfort. Council, at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, approved in principle the disposal of the identified portion, subject to compliance with all applicable legislative requirements. Members of the public are hereby invited to submit written representations regarding the proposed disposal.

EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE
Due to the incorrect email address, the submission period is hereby extended by fourteen (14) days.

Written representations must be submitted by 16:00 on 25 August 2026 to the Office of the Municipal Manager, 64 JJ Hadebe Street, Frankfort, 9830, or electronically to Ms. K. Mello, Acting Manager: Town Planning, at gislanduse@mafubelm.co.za.
Any person who cannot read and write may visit the Town Planning Office at the above- mentioned address during office hours, from 08:00 to 16:00, where their comments will be recorded.
