This Erratum is issued in respect of the Notice of Intention to Lease Municipal Properties advertised by Mafube Local Municipality on 07 July 2026.

Due to the incorrect email address, the closing date for submission of proposals is hereby extended by fourteen (14) days.
NEW CLOSING DATE: 25 AUGUST 2026
Proposals must be submitted by 16:00 on 25 August 2026 to the Office of the Municipal Manager, 64 JJ Hadebe Street, Frankfort, 9830, or electronically to gislanduse@mafubelm.co.za.
Applicants who cannot read and write may visit the Town Planning Office at the above-mentioned address during office hours, from 08:00 to 16:00, where their proposals will be recorded.
All other information, terms and conditions contained in the original Notice of Intention to Lease Municipal Properties remain unchanged.
